COSTS
As a part of our philosophy of sustainable design we make every attempt to keep the costs of our programs as affordable as possible. Tuition fees do not cover our operating costs and we rely on donations and grants as well as other income producing activities to create these programs at a reasonable cost.
Semester programs
Application fee: $25.00
Tuition: $4,500.00 for non-accredited program
Tuition: $6,900.00 for program with 24 quarter credits from Prescott College
After being accepted to the program a non-refundable $500 tuition deposit is required to reserve your space. The deposit is applied to your tuition fee. Final tuition payment is due by the first day of class.
Housing expenses
Single occupancy room: $400 per month
(plus $150 refundable security deposit)
Housing Administration fee: $25
A signed lease and an Ecosa course registration form and tuition deposit are required to reserve your room. Rent is due upon arrival and on the first of each month. Students may check into the housing prior to the first day of class. Inquire for specific dates.
Miscellaneous expenses
Books will be provided at cost amount varies depending on the texts but are generally in the range of $150.
You will need to purchase basic drafting and camping supplies if you do not already have them. Depending on quality these can cost from $100 -$200. These are essential to completing studio work and to your safety and comfort on overnight trips. A list of required items will be supplied upon registration.
As a part of the program there will be miscellaneous studio expenses students are expected to share. These are generally in the range of $25 - $50 per semester.
Students living together generally determine food costs and how food will be purchased and prepared. There are some instances on field trips where we will be dining out.
Workshop programs
Application Fee: $25
Tuition: $1,500
Non-refundable Registration Deposit: $500 (applied to tuition)
Housing expenses
Same as the Semester Programs.

There are few additional expenses associate with workshops. Students living together generally determine food costs and how food will be purchased and prepared. There are some instances on field trips where we will be dining out.
